Charaxes aubyni is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of montane and semi-montane forests.

The larvae feed on Albizia gummifera, Albizia adianthifolia and Albizai schimperana.
