Charanjit Singh (born 3 February 1931 in Nehari, Himachal Pradesh ( Then Punjab) ) is a former field hockey player from India. He captained the Indian hockey team that won the gold medal in the 1964 Summer Olympics at Tokyo, Japan.[1][2]
He retired as Director Department of Physical Education in Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He currently stays in Una., Himachal Pradesh. He is having two sons and a daughter Kiran Singh .
