Chang King-yuh (Chinese: 張京育; pinyin: Zhāng Jīngyù) is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Executive Yuan in 28 February 1996 – 31 January 1999.[1]
Early life
Chang obtained his bachelor's degree in law from National Taiwan University, master's degree in diplomacy from National Chengchi University, master's degree in comparative law and doctoral degree from Columbia University in the United States.[2]
Career
Chang was the President of National Chengchi University in 1989–1994.
