Chamkarmon District

Chamkamorn District is the southernmost district in central Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The district is subdivided into 12 Sangkats and 95 Kroms. The district has an area of 10.56 km². According to the 1998 census of Cambodia, it had a population of 187,082.[1] The name was also romanized as Chamkamorn in accordance with the romanization system used in Cambodia during the 1950s and 1960s.
