The Chaco horned frog or lesser Chini frog (Chacophrys pierottii) is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Chacophrys.[2] It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
