Chaboksar (Persian: چابكسر, also Romanized as Chāboksar and Chābuksār)[1] is a city in and the capital of Chaboksar District, in Rudsar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,891, in 2,270 families.[2]
