Ceriagrion moorei is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Kenya and Uganda. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
