Central Commerce Collegiate (also known as Central Commerce or CCC for short) is a public, semestered secondary school located in the Palmerston-Little Italy neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Central Commerce was founded in 1916 as a school of business and commerce. Over the years it has developed into a composite school that offers a broad range of programs. Business studies remains a strong focus, and this program is now complemented by a full range of core academic subjects, computer classes, music, art, drama, and health and physical education. Courses are offered at the University, University/College and College levels for grade 12 students. Most of our graduates proceed to post-secondary education at university or college. Grade 11 offerings at the university, college or open levels allow for a range of post-secondary destination planning.
Sports
CCC is well known for its senior boys basketball team which won the 2008 TBSSAA City Championship for "AAA" OFSAA. The team also received the bronze medal in the "AAA" OFSAA tournament.
Focus
Students who graduate from Central Commerce Collegiate have the opportunity to go to university or college depending on the courses they take and the grades they receive while taking them. The school academics focus most on business courses being that it is a school of commerce.
