Cekov is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.29 square kilometres (1.66 sq mi), and has a population of 118 (as at 3 July 2006).

Cekov lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of Rokycany, 30 km (19 mi) east of Plzeň, and 56 km (35 mi) south-west of Prague.
