Cecilio Waterman (born 13 April 1991 in Panama City) is a Panamanian professional association footballer who currently plays as a striker for the Uruguayan Primera División side Centro Atlético Fénix.

Club career

Waterman was reserve champion of the 2010 tournament scoring 19 in the season with Sporting San Miguelito. In his second official match for the club, he scored a goal on the 2-1 home fall against Alianza FC.[1]

In January 2011 Waterman signed a new deal with Centro Atlético Fénix of Uruguay.[2] He made his Uruguayan Primera División debut on 28 August 2011 playing 20 minutes against Danubio F.C. On 16 May 2012, he scored his first goal in the 2-3 home match against Racing Club de Montevideo.[3] Three days later, he scored another goal in the 5-4 fall against Liverpool F.C.[4]

International career

Waterman was part of the Panama U-20 squad that participated in the 2011 CONCACAF U-20 Championship where his outstanding performances including his 4 goals led them to qualify to the Youth World Cup in Colombia.[5]

His senior international debut for Panama came on 18 December 2010 against Honduras, in a Friendly match played in San Pedro Sula.
