Cecil Turner, born April 2, 1944 in Washington, D.C., is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for six seasons for the Chicago Bears. He went to the Pro Bowl after the 1970 season, when he tied a record by returning four kickoffs for touchdowns, a record that still stands. Cecil graduated from Spingarn High School in Washington D.C.
