Cebiv is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.6 square kilometres (4.1 sq mi), and has a population of 286 (as at 28 August 2006).
Cebiv lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) east of Tachov, 30 km (19 mi) west of Plzeň, and 108 km (67 mi) west of Prague.
