The Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX) or Cavite-Laguna North–South Expressway (CALA NSWay)[1] is a proposed expressway that will cross the provinces of Cavite and Laguna. The construction of the six-lane 27.2-kilometre-long (16.9 mi) expressway will cost an estimated PHP11.79 billion or US$262 million.[2] When constructed, it is expected to ease the traffic in the Cavite–Laguna region, particularly in Aguinaldo Highway and Governor's Drive.[3]
