Catocala dissimilis is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in Russia (Primorye, Shabarovsk, Southern Amur), China, Korea and Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu).
The wingspan is about 45 mm.
