Cathlene Labuschagne

Cathlene Labuschagne is a South African politician. She is the outgoing alderman for Ward 70 in the Cape Town City Council and is set to be sworn in as a member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament in May 2009 for the Democratic Alliance.^[1]
