Caterer and Hotelkeeper is a weekly UK business magazine for hospitality professionals.

The Caterersearch.com Top 100 is a list of the 100 most influential people in the hospitality industry. The list is compiled by industry experts who rank candidates on criteria including direct power, success, innovation, future potential and their wider influence across the industry. In July 2010 Jamie Oliver was voted the most influential person in the industry.

The directory contains details of more than 9,000 suppliers of products and services to the UK catering and hospitality industry. It is published annually in December.
