Castle Community College is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in Deal in the English county of Kent.[1] The school is named after Deal Castle, a 16th-century coastal artillery fort.
The school converted to academy status on 1 October 2010. It was previously a community school administered by Kent County Council, however Castle Community College continues to coordinate with Kent County Council for admissions.
Castle Community College offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils,[2] while students in the sixth form have the option to study from a range of A Levels, OCR Nationals and further BTECs.[3]
