Castel San Vincenzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 50 km west of Campobasso and about 15 km northwest of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 567 and an area of 22.4 km².[1]
Castel San Vincenzo borders the following municipalities: Cerro al Volturno, Montenero Val Cocchiara, Pizzone, Rocchetta a Volturno, San Biagio Saracinisco.
