Casey Benjamin is a Grammy Award winning saxophonist, vocoderist, keyboardist, producer and songwriter [1] from South Jamaica, Queens, New York City. He attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and the The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in Manhattan. He is one half of the funk pop new wave duo HEAVy[2] with vocalist Nicky Guiland, and currently plays with Q-Tip (rapper), Mos Def, Stefon Harris[3] and The Robert Glasper Experiment. He is the keyboard/saxophonist for Patrick Stump's live solo project tour.
