Casanova Lerrone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southwest of Genoa and about 45 km southwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 772 and an area of 24.3 km².[1]
Casanova Lerrone borders the following municipalities: Borghetto d'Arroscia, Cesio, Garlenda, Onzo, Ortovero, Ranzo, Stellanello, Testico, Vessalico, and Villanova d'Albenga.
