Carpignano Sesia is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km northeast of Turin and about 15 km northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,572 and an area of 14.8 km².[1]
Carpignano Sesia borders the following municipalities: Briona, Fara Novarese, Ghemme, Ghislarengo, Lenta, Sillavengo, and Sizzano.
