Carpenders Park railway station lies between the Hertfordshire suburb of Carpenders Park and the South Oxhey housing estate, 3 km (1.9 mi) south of Watford Junction on the Watford DC Line.

London Underground's Bakerloo Line trains served the station from 16 April 1917 until 24 September 1982. London Overground services from London Euston currently serve this station.

The station is an island platform reached by a subway. This has exits to both the Carpenders Park (east) and South Oxhey (west) estates. The station was originally further north than the current site and was a wooden two platform structure with a footbridge.

The original station was built to serve the nearby golf course.

Ticket Barriers were installed in early 2010.

Services

The general frequency is a train every 20 minutes, Monday to Saturday daytimes, to London Euston (southbound) and Watford Junction (northbound) and half-hourly evenings and Sundays in each direction.

The average journey time to Watford Junction is 8 minutes and to London Euston 44 minutes.
