Carolina RailHawks U-23's is an American professional soccer club based in Cary, North Carolina scheduled to begin play in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) in 2014. History

The team started off in 2007 through a partnership with Next Level Academy fielding a USL Premier Development League team in 2007 and 2008. In 2008 the U-23's had a 2-1 victory over the English club Burnley, which went on to win promotion to the English Premier League later that season. In 2009, the team competed as the Cary Clarets in USL PDL before withdrawing at seasons end. In 2011, the Carolina RailHawks U-23's made it to the USASA Men's U-23 Region III Championship and National Championship. Once again in 2012, the U-23's made it to the U-23 Region III Championship. In January of 2014, the team announced they would enter the NPSL for the upcoming season.[1]
