Carol Ann Susi (born February 2, 1952) is an American actress best known for her portrayal of the voice of recurring character Mrs. Wolowitz on the television series The Big Bang Theory.[1][2][3]

Susi's other screen credits include Just Go with It, Becker, CSI: NY - The Game, Grey's Anatomy, That '70s Show, Out of Practice, Cats & Dogs, Just Shoot Me, Married... with Children, The King of Queens, Death Becomes Her, Seinfeld, The Secret of My Success, My Blue Heaven, Sabrina, The Teenage Witch, and Kolchak: The Night Stalker, her first screen appearance.[4] Susi also has extensive experience in live theater.[5][6]
