Carnegie is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Carnegie, on the Pakenham and Cranbourne railway lines. Carnegie is classed as a Host Station and is in myki Zone 1.
Facilities
Carnegie is located at the eastern end of the Koornang Road level crossing, with station access from Koornang Road, Woorayl Street and Morton Avenue.
The station consists of two side platforms; Platform 1 has a large weatherboard building, while platform 2 has a smaller weatherboard building. myki ticket vending machines, replacing the earlier Metcard machines, are located at the station, and are able to top up cards as well as dispense new cards.

History
Carnegie station opened on May 14, 1879 as Rosstown. It was renamed Carnegie in 1909.[1] Boom barriers replaced interlocked gates at Carnegie in 1967.[2]
