Carlos Iván Oyarzun Guíñez (born 26 October 1981) is a professional Chilean road cyclist, who rides for the Louletano-Dunas Douradas team.[1] Oyarzun has also rode for UCI ProTeam Movistar Team.
Oyarzun will join Efapel-Glassdrive for the 2014 season.[2]
