Manuel Carlos Mouriño Atanes (born March 4, 1943 in Vigo, Spain) is a Spanish-Mexican businessman and President of Spanish football club Celta de Vigo.[1] He is the father of the former Mexican Secretary of the Interior the late Juan Camilo Mouriño.
