Carlos Gianelli

Carlos Gianelli (Montevideo, March 7, 1948) is a Uruguayan lawyer and diplomat.

He has been Uruguayan ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mexico, the Netherlands, and the United States of America (2005-2012).[1]

He was also active at The Hague during the Uruguay River pulp mill dispute.[1]
