Carlo Reguzzoni (January 18, 1908 - December 16, 1996) was an Italian football player.

Reguzzoni was born in Busto Arsizio, Lombardy.

He was an attacking midfielder playing mainly for Bologna in the 1930s and 1940s, scoring 143 goals in 377 games for the club. He also played for Pro Patria. In total, he scored 155 goals in 401 appearances in Serie A.
