Carl Bradshaw (born 2 October 1968 in Sheffield) is a former professional footballer who played for Sheffield Wednesday, Barnsley, Manchester City, Sheffield United, Norwich City, Wigan Athletic and Scunthorpe Utd (where he scored once against Exeter City).[1] He began his career playing as a forward before moving to defence.

In September 1997, Bradshaw served a short prison sentence after an incident involving himself and Norwich teammate Andy Johnson that resulted in Bradshaw assaulting a taxi driver.[2][3] His contract with Norwich was subsequently cancelled after being released from prison, and he signed with Wigan Athletic.
