Carl B. Feldbaum (born circa 1944) is an American businessman and lawyer. He was the president of the Biotechnology Industry Organization from 1993 until he retired in 2004.[1] In 2005, he was appointed to the board of directors of Connetics Corporation.

In 1973, fresh out of law school, Feldbaum joined the United States Justice Department task forced charged with investigating the Watergate scandal.
