Cardedu is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ogliastra in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 80 km northeast of Cagliari and about 15 km south of Tortolì.
Cardedu borders the following municipalities: Bari Sardo, Gairo, Jerzu, Lanusei, Osini, Tertenia.
