Carcoforo is a comune (municipality) in the province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km northeast of Turin and about 70 km northwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 78 and an area of 22.8 km².[1]
Carcoforo borders the following municipalities: Bannio Anzino, Ceppo Morelli, Fobello, Macugnaga, Rima San Giuseppe, and Rimasco.
