Capivari de Baixo is a Brazilian city located in the southern region of Santa Catarina.[1] It has a population estimate of 21,674 inhabitants.[2] Capivari de Baixo has the largest coal fired thermoelectric power plant of Latin America, Complexo Termoelétrico Jorge Lacerda.
