Capira District is a district (distrito) of Panamá Province in Panama. The population according to the 2000 census was 33,110.[1]The district covers a total area of 933 km². The capital lies at the city of Capira.[1]
Administrative divisions
The district is divided administratively into the following corregimientos:
Capira (capital), Caimito, Campana, Cermeño, Cirí de Los Sotos, Cirí Grande, El Cacao, La Trinidad, Las Ollas Arriba, Lídice, Villa Carmen, Villa Rosario and Santa Rosa.
