Campofilone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Fermo in the Italian region Marche, located about 60 km southeast of Ancona and about 30 km northeast of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,857 and an area of 12.1 km².[1]
