The campeche catshark, Parmaturus campechiensis, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae, found only in the Bay of Campeche, Gulf of Mexico at depths down to 1,100 m. The length of the immature holotype is 16 cm.
Reproduction is oviparous.
