Camp Arrowhead was a summer camp for girl campers ages 6-17. The 650-acre (2.6 km2) retreat was located in Hunt, Texas in the Hill Country.

History

The camp was first established in 1934 by Ewing & Martha "Mattie Garner" Gillis and is still run by the same family to this day. They used the Kickapoo and Pawnee tribes to engage in friendly competition. Throughout their years of operation, they've offered activities such as arts & crafts, canoeing, archery, and other sporting events. They also provided cheerleading, hiking, Self-defense, etc.
