Camden Toy is an American actor, screenwriter, and film editor. He is best known as a character actor, often under special effects prosthetic makeup. He has acted in over one hundred independent films, as well as a number of television roles.
His father, Malcolm, worked at the makeup department of Paramount Pictures under Wally Westmore and introduced Camden to makeup effects at an early age.
Toy was one of the founding members and artistic director of the Obie Award-winning Nada in New York City.
After moving to Los Angeles, he appeared on Buffy the Vampire Slayer's episode "Hush" in season four as a "Gentleman." In season seven, he played the skin-eating demon Gnarl in "Same Time, Same Place", and had a recurring role of the "Ubervamp" Turok-Han. He also played the Nosferatu-like character "The Prince of Lies" on the Angel episode "Why We Fight".
Camden also appeared as a cemetery watchman in Ethan Dettenmaier's film, Sin-Jin Smyth, released in October 2006.
Camden had a recurring role on the web series The Bay during its second season which ended June 2012.
