Caecilia isthmica is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is found in Colombia and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, plantations, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
