CLS Holdings plc is a commercial property investment company with assets in London, France, Germany and Sweden, which has been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 1994 and invests primarily in office buildings.

CLS provides high quality, cost effective premises to approximately 450 tenants including leading blue chip corporations and governments. It operates an efficient, proactive management approach, working closely with its tenants to meet their individual requirements.

As at 30 June 2013 the company had a market capitalisation of approximately £425 million and its property portfolio was valued at £1.002 billion.

In September 2012, CLS issued its first UK Retail Bond, raising £65 million, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Order Book for Retail Bonds.
