CKVH-FM is a Canadian radio station that broadcasts a classic hits format at 93.5 MHz in High Prairie, Alberta. The station is branded as 93.5 Prairie FM.
After being given CRTC approval in 1989,[1] the station signed on in 1990 as a part of the Nor-Net Communications radio network, that operated stations throughout Alberta and Northern BC.
CKVH-FM is currently owned by 3937844 Canada Inc. (a subsidiary of Newcap Radio).
On April 21, 2009, Newcap Radio received CRTC approval to convert CKVH from the AM dial (at 1020 kHz) to the FM dial at 93.5 MHz. It was re-labeled from "The Fox" to "Prairie FM".[2]
