CHLQ-FM is a radio station in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island broadcasting at 93.1 FM. The station is owned by the Maritime Broadcasting System. It has been on the air since March 1982.
Former CHLQ logo as adult contemporary/classic hits "Magic 93"
As of 12:00:01am July 16 2012, the station switched from adult contemporary/classic hits to a rock format similar to their sister stations HAL FM Halifax CHNS-FM, and Big John Saint John CJYC-FM.
