César Miranda

César Miranda is an attorney and the current Secretary of Justice of Puerto Rico.^[1] Miranda was a former Vice President of the Puerto Rico Telephone Company and former Chief of Staff of Puerto Rico for governor Sila María Calderón.^[2] Miranda substituted Luis Sánchez Betances after Sánchez Bentances resigned effectively on December 31, 2013.^[1]
