Bystrovany is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.48 square kilometres (1.34 sq mi), and has a population of 834 (as at 3 July 2006).
Bystrovany lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Olomouc and 216 km (134 mi) east of Prague.
