Byron Ford (born 8 January 1982 in Sydney, Australia) is a rugby league player for the Newtown Jets in the second tier NSW Cup competition in which he played in the grand final in 2008. He was previously playing in England with Hull KR and Oldham Roughyeds, helping the Roughyeds get to the 2007 National League 2 Grand Final. He was to join the Newcastle Knights in 2009 on a 2-year contract but was banned from playing rugby league until June 2010.[1]

He has also represented the Cook Islands rugby league team on several occasions after qualifying to play for them via the parent rule.

He is also a member of the Maroubra surf gang the Bra Boys.

He was released from English Super League club Hull KR on 17 September 2007 after being loaned to the Oldham Roughyeds.
