Buy (Russian: Буй) is a river in Perm Krai, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Udmurtia, Russia. It is a left tributary of the Kama River. It is 228 km in length, with a drainage basin of 6,530 km².

It starts in south of Perm Krai, in Kuyedinsky District. Then, it flows through northwestern part of Bashkortostan and flows into Kama River on area of Udmurt Republic, to the south of town Kambarka.

Main tributaries:

  • Left: Arey, Amzya
  • Right: Oshya, Piz.
