Bukit Tunku

Bukit Tunku is an upper-class elite residential area full of green landscapes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This hill is named after Tunku Abdul Rahman's house located here. It was formerly known as Bukit Kenny or Kenny Hill. Bukit Tunku hosts many luxury condominiums and villas and is surrounded by many housing projects. It also houses politicians and important people. Houses in Bukit Tunku regularly sell for up to RM 6 million on an 8,000 sq ft (740 m2) land area and a 6,000 sq ft (560 m2) built-up.
