Bukit Indah
Not to be confused with Bukit Indah, an industrial park on the outskirts of Jakarta, Indonesia. Bukit Indah is also a neighborhood in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Bukit Indah is a mature township located in the heart of Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia, Johor. The township was developed by SP Setia Berhad. Bukit Indah, which was launched in 1997, has a population of over 60,000 with over 10,000 houses.The township is the winner of the Johor State Landscape Award 2001, the National Landscape Competition 2001 and the Best of the Best National Landscape Award 2005. Bukit Indah is fast gaining reputation as the "centre" of the "new" western Johor (Nusajaya) commercial district.
From Singapore, the Causeway Link Bus No. CW3 links Jurong East Bus Interchange, Singapore directly to the Bukit Indah Bus Interchange in the township. Bus No. CW6 now also links the township with the Boon Lay MRT. Other public buses also connect the township to other parts of Johor.
From Tuas Checkpoint via Exit 307C and Exit 308, drivers may reach the township in 20 minutes. From Woodlands Checkpoint, via Skudai Highway and JB Parkway, Exit 308; drivers may reach the township in 25 mins.
The township draws crowds from Singapore as well as neighbouring townships such as Taman Sutera, Tampoi Utama, Nusa Bestari and Tmn Perling, due to the existence of Tesco Hypermarket and AEON Jusco Bukit Indah Regional Shopping Centre which are located in the township.Giant Hypermarket is also located adjacent to the township.
Undergoing rapid construction, The Indah Walk 1 (Fashion Avenue), Indah Walk 2 (Food Avenue) Indah Walk 3 (Life Style Office & Education Avenue), The Granada Hotel, The Loon Sing Restaurant, The Sky Executive Suites and The Sky Loft.
The Indah Walk 1 consisting of 39 shops are directly opposite the main drive entrance to the AEON Jusco Bukit Indah, and this is where McDonald's will be located.
Indah Walk 2 consists of 43 shops next to Tesco. The Indah Walk retail shop offices housed in three-storey clustered buildings offer a range of fine-dining, professional services and recreation facilities.
Indah Walk 3 consist of 20 Retail Lots and 120 Office units with lobby lift access.
"Bukit Indah - the address" is one of the most sought after addresses in Johor Bahru esp. among Johorians with higher incomes, Malaysians working in Jurong Singapore, and Singaporeans looking for a second home.
The Sky Loft will tower across the Sky together with The Sky Executive Suites (over 25 to 30+ Storeys) making these Twin Towers among the tallest buildings of the township. These iconic high rise Serviced Apartments, are highly popular among executives using public transport to Jurong East daily.

On the 24th May 2010, the Prime Ministers of Malaysia and Singapore have signed a landmark agreement to lower the toll charges for the Tuas Secondlink significantly, thus benefiting the residents of Bukit Indah.
The value of land in Nusajaya, where Bukit Indah is located, is expected to increase, esp. with the future Wellness City to be jointly built by Temasik (SWF of Singapore) and Khazanah (SWF of Malaysia). This area would be the first new economic zone that both governments have a vested interest.
In line with both governments to ensure faster immigration clearance, the MACS - Malaysia Automated Clearance System has been implemented. This facility allows fast-track immigration clearance for non Malaysia investors, business persons and professionals.
The scope of MACS facility has been expanded to Singapore Citizens who has been issued with the relevant long term immigration pass OR frequently travel within Malaysia and Singapore for the purpose of working, studying and staying in Malaysia.
Bukit Indah remains the one and only current, prime commercial and residential district of the whole of western johor with the following factors.
