Buey Arriba is a municipality and town in the Granma Province of Cuba. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Bayamo, the provincial capital.

In 2004, the municipality of Buey Arriba had a population of 31,327.[2] With a total area of 452 km2 (175 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 69.3 /km2 (179 /sq mi).
